Garnishment: A proceeding
whereby a debtor's money, or other property, which is under the
control of another is given to a third person to whom the debtor
owes a debt.
Gross Negligence: Failure to
use even the slightest amount of care in a way that shows
recklessness or willful disregard for the safety of others.
Gypsy Tour: A current touring
term that came from the early days of motorcycling, when riders all
over the country suited up for a day-long ride to a favorite
destination. The implication is that you are traveling without time
or distance constraints.
